This is a quick study late yesterday on Bradshaw. I liked the shadows under the trees, that was what caught my eye. The rest of it was simple filling in the blanks. Its not a completely “worked out” painting, but who cares? You paint what you need to, not what you have to. That’s why they call them “penny paintings” and not “dollar paintings” LOL.
I know, everything has to be all “worked out”. Artists carry a weight on their shoulders trying to chase down this ellusive phantasm called “it’s finished!” So you keep nibbling and kibbling with the paint until every last bit of spontaneity is sucked out of it. Better to leave it unfinshed, weak, in need of help - rather that fiddle with it until its dead. Sometimes, painting is simply working out emotional issues as you cast about for subject, something grabs your eye and you set about to render that, only to discover that there was no need to do more than a quick rendering. So, with penny painting, you are FREE to do just that and let it go to the winds. This is where the “balance” comes into play for your fellow man, maybe some who are NOT well off, can snag a painting for pennies if they want.
The economies of the art realm are whacked. Art conveys spirit and truth only when it can be shared in a context outside of monetary value. As long as we are always thinking “what is it worth” we never give up that last little bit of pride, and the resulting work feels coercive. When art is finally liberated from this present tomb of value, profit, worth, investment etc. then it can take its place as the noble gift that it is - for the working man and woman of the earth!
I refuse to entertain “galleries” as a means to market art. The gallery system is completely corrupt, consider the onerous percentages levied against artists … and why? Because the gallery is able to con affluent people to pay a hundred times more than the painting is worth? You see what that has done to the tenderness and innocence of art, it has caused paintings to become relics in museums, with NO relevance to the working people. People on the street have WRITTEN OFF fine art as something that can ever afford, thanks to the corrupt art systems of today, along with the greedy artists all too hapy to oblige in order to attain their slice of the pie.
But the “pie” ladies and gentlemen… goeth away.
Now, we get to find out the MOTIVES in our hearts. God searches our hearts and causes our motives to be made known to ALL. This is NOT the time to continue pandering to the eletist buyers, they will abandon art and that market will dry up. Reach out to the man and woman in the street, THERE is our market, they are our friends and they LOVE art… it has simply been priced beyond their reach.
I am so sick in heart over the money and how it has tainted everything it touches. It didn’t used to be that way, but the constant bombardment of offers and sales, and discounts, and “be sure to put every last penny in your 401k!” and play the lottery you might get rich, and more discounts, and then the horrendous nightmare of trying to figure out what something you produced merely because the good Lord GAVE YOU A GIFT and now we are trying to assign a filthy monetary value to that?
No thanks. Not for me and my house. Not any more. You want to keep supporting the money systems with your art, be my guest. How will you change your prices one hyper-inflation hits? You won’t be able to “update” pricing fast enough. No beloved, we must find a better way, a “New Earth” way to live together and MONEY is not it.
We must learn, slowly at first but that’s okay, that we can TRUST the Spirit of our Maker… or your heart, it doesn’t matter, for he lives in every woman and man’s heart. Trust the Spirit that made your tears to PROVIDE what you need that you might attain the work he called you to! That is the glorious gospel my darling, that is the provision of Yeshua Christ, the Spirit of love and compassion that says I no longer trust in the money systems to provide for me, I must stake my claim in the Lord God as my provision.
Well, that is all well and good, but how do you accomplish that while keeping one eye on the “market” and the other eye on the Lord. You cannot serve two masters. You will HAVE to chose which way you will go.
All I can suggest is try it. Set aside some work that is given away to anyone who asks. Start doing penny paintings on ebay. In this way you can begin to harvest the fields which are WHITE and WAITING for you beloved. All it takes is someone to BELIEVE in God again and enter the promised land, this New Heavens, this New Earth.
I want to believe everything. I am believing that the dead will come back and pay us visits once in a while. Loved ones will just stop by from heaven. I believe that the Lord can easily show up again if the Father chooses, and just as quickly disappear. Earth and Heaven are not disconnected realities. There is much more overlap than we realize. So how come we never see such things, how come the earth feels so dead and cut off from the Lord? Simple, we got our eyes on money and power and off of God, and so God says, fine, you think you have all the answers, you think you can fix it all on your own?
Have fun.
But we will soon see as the money begins to lose value, as inflation hits, as the cost of foreign goods begins to skyrocket, that all of our little ponzi tricks and three card monty acts, and robbing Peter (our children and their children to a thousand generations) to pay Paul (the greed-ridden ones who think to control the earth), will all come to naught. Man has no capacity to engineer his way in the earth, He learns but He learns only what the Lord allows him to learn. The Lord intentionally frustrates our best efforts to “fix” our world apart from him, that we might ultimately turn to him and say, okay, I give up, YOU TAKE IT. Which the Father delights to do.
It is the Father’s GOOD PLEASURE to give us the kingdom beloved, and we are not talking about some abstract kingom that cannot be touched, we are talking about RIGHT WORK and love of craft, and giving it all away, and living together in peace and harmony in the earth, THIS is where we are headed.
Now, you can chose to believe it or not, fine. But NOW is the only window you will have to seek the Spirit of life and be prepared to DEPEND UPON YOUR NEIGHBOR to survive. But how can we do that when we are thinking “how much can I get out of them”? No, we are to begin training, disciplining our hearts and steeling our minds now to engae and welcome all people to the table, apart from money.
It has to start somewhere, it will be a trickle at first, but slowly the wildfire will take hold, and then as the people begin to wake up and realize what suckers we have been played for, there will be noting left of the old ways. They will simply sink into the sea like some abandoned ghost ship that no one wants anything to do with anymore.
It almost brings me to tears when I think of all of the large corporations that so many have unwittingly depended on now. We placed our very FUTURE and the well being of our family in the hands of corporationas and governments, to watch over us and not take advantage of us while we worked with our hands for the authorities in power. But you see how they took advantage of us, how the working man could never get ahead for there was no where to go! Only the upper crust receive the riches, you and I in the trenches get to pay the taxes for their lusts.
But this is not to say that they are in any way shunned or not loved by God, for I believe in some way God has given them a special calling that hardens their heart against him. (Even as he did with Pharoah). So that they unwittingly play into the Father’s hands, and bring about his purposes in the earth without even being aware of it LOL.
This is the point we are at. Peole everywhere - and I am seeing with increasing alarming frequency - are mad as hell at how big biz and our corrupt government has taken advantage of the working women and men of this blessed earth. They thought we would never notice, never wake up, never say a word against their devilish greed and lusts for control?
They thought wrong.
Here oh nations, hear oh corrupt officials and all who have worshipped mammon, you have been JUDGED and found wanting saith the Lord. Your says are numbered, your days are numbered, your ways are DUST. Too long… too long I have heard the cries of my people and have seen their tears drop into the dust at their feet. TOO LONG have I watched my children spend their lives, toiling at work I did not call them too, but which MAN forced upon them as their only opportunity, TOO long I have seen their hearts, broken, in tatters because they could not understand their own existence, for that they never found the work I placed in their heart. TOO long saith the Lord, and NOW I COME DOWN AND JUDGE THE EARTH IN HOLINESS AND TURTH. Prepare to meet your Artist maker, your Father who works all things after the counsel of his own will.
Don’t get me wrong - everything will eventually be worked out, and the earth will come together in love. Once it becomes apparant that the money systems are hosed, and the masses are reverting to bartering and trade amongst themselves to support one another, then the coffers of every corporation in America wil dry up, and the tax rolls will dry up, and the social services vanish, then it will be left to the people of America to help one another as best we can apart from the money. There will not be much love lost towards the existing power elite - but we are to show them Great Honor and reverance for that they simply fulfilled the purposes of God. Can you understand that? That is where every revolution goes wrong, when we start burning at the stake those who have perpetrated the lies and the greed… we cannot do that beloved. We are to show them great reverance and respect in that they are as much the children of God as you and I. As corrupt as the “systems” are, the people who control the systems are in their deep hearts, good and noble people. WE ALL ARE A GOOD PEOPLE BELOVED. THIS IS THE LOVE OF GOD, that transcends understanding, when we forgive those who have wronged us, and seek their protection as well in the time to come.
I think the nations are already seeing the writing on the wall. They never learn, regardless of the signs and the warnings, they never learn. Babylone never learns, her only cure is to confuse their language. And watch the flames catch hold.
I think the really wonderful aspect of this present supernatural shaking by the Father, is that the transistion will come without a struggle, you and I need do nothing but keep putting one foot in front of the other. The Father is now in complete control of his people, and leads us as surely as he led Israel out of Egypt.
Beloved, say goodbye to Egypt once again, we are LEAVING, glory to the Father forever! I am just insane enough to believe this stuff LOL. I see our earth being soon completely transformed into a new paradigm, a spiritually founded existence in which the nations will HELP each other instead of MURDERING each other.
But there is much pride in the American heart, the Lord is calling our government to formally APOLIGIZE to every nation we have wronged, which is probably the entire earth, for we have infected the entire earth with our Money-crazed profiteering madness. Until we humble ourselves before the other nations, things will only get worse and worse here. I do not want to be around as the **** hits the fan, but a little bird tells me that our fate now rests in the hands of the very nations we slaughtered and coerced into our little shell game.
How merciful do you think these nations will be towards us, those we have wronged? Care to take any bets?
But the Lord’s ways are always righteous and pure, He is the great artist and now he completes the work to his satisfaction. All that has occured from man’s birth in Eden until now has simply been preparation for the harvest, and eh instituting in fulness of His glory and Power as OUR GOD… and not the systems and governments we thought to save us.
This is the common bond between the three great religions, Islam, Jewish, Christian, we all serve the SAME God, the same Father. Why don’t we start focusing on the wonderful things we have in common instead of letting ur differences lead us to war?
No more wars, I am tired of your wars.
In the Lord, I command the nations of the earth to humble themsleves before one another, and seek forgiveness, this will greatly mitigate the coming wave of complete collapse, but if you do not, if you continue your proud ways, I will greatly INCREASE the pestilences and sorrows you will face - saith the Lord Jehovah, Allah some call Him, blessed be His name forever, our great Maker who is eternal and glorious, Amen.
How long will we hold on to our old adamic ways? To the death? We are willing to sacrifice our childern to Baal, to the whore of Babylon in order to preserve our own skin? Such a person does not deserve to see the day of the Lord, amen. Only those who have followed him faithfully will see the promised land. Those who chase after money will see nothing but more heartache and tears, and yet even that will further the Lord’s purposes. The show is not OUT of our hands beloved. Get ready for a real roller coaster experience on your stocks and your trust in money…
Poof! …Dust.
